<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication means high in the sense of presence, by transmitting feelings with vibrations at the same time as with voice. <P>SOLUTION: This transmission device has a voice reproducing means 9 for outputting the sounds based on the voice signals, a vibrator 8 for generating vibrations; a feeling determining means 1 to determine the human sense from the voice signals; a vibration parameter table 3 recording the vibration parameters matching the human sense information obtained in the feeling determining means 1; a control determination means 2 to determine the parameters by referring to the vibration parameter table 3, a vibration control means 4 to controls the vibrator 8, according to the vibration parameters determined in the determination control means 2; and an operating section 10 to transmit the vibration outputs from the vibrator 8 to the human tactile organs.
