PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a bellows part is compressed or stretched to be deformed in a wiring protective cylinder for permitting the insertion of wiring or piping between a main body and a moving body to protect the wiring or piping. SOLUTION: The one unit members 25 and 25a of the upper and lower part housing bodies 8 and 11 in the two-split type wiring protective cylinder 1 are constituted of a bellows member 26 constituting bellows parts 3 and 3a and hinge attaching members 27 and 27a which constitute a part of the hinge attaching parts 4 and 4a positioned at both front and rear ends of the bellows member 26 and holding rod bodies 58 and 58a, which are removed after the one unit members 25 and 25a are injection-molded to be solidified and stabilized, are integrally molded between the hinge attaching members 27 and 27a in the non-contact state with the bellows member 26 to hold the interval between the hinge attaching members 27 and 27a by the holding rod bodies 58 and 58a.
