PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satchel cover preventing the hair of a child from being caught in a back ring part of the satchel. SOLUTION: This satchel cover 1 is so formed that a wing part 3 for passing shoulder straps is extended to the upper edge of a cover face 2 covering a crown part 5 of the satchel 4, the wing part 3 is formed into a bag shape by forming tubular parts 3a projecting to left/right both half parts respectively, the lower side of the back face and the upper side of the tubular part are formed into opening parts 3b and 3c in which the the shoulder straps 6 are inserted, the tubular part back part is divided in the tube direction and its end parts are formed to be superposed, and female/male hook-and-loop fasteners 3k are oppositely attached to the superposed both divided edge parts 3j.
