PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable digital television broadcast receiver realizing the suppression of a malfunction by clarifying a region, in which a content to be operated is displayed, to a user operating the portable digital television broadcast receiver simultaneously displaying a communication content and a data broadcasting. SOLUTION: Whether or not an operation from the user is instructed to a data broadcasting or to the communication content is discriminated by an operation-object discriminator 4. A decoration on a display capable of discriminating the region to be operated from other regions is prepared by a display-effect preparator 7.
