PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving supporting device for a vehicle seat embodied in a simple and sturdy construction, capable of reducing the manufacturing cost to a great extent, enabling easy getting on and off, and having good effect for the spread of vehicles. SOLUTION: The revolving supporting device of the vehicle seat is configured so that a base end bearing part of a main arm is borne round the horizontal nearer the inner edge mating with a console of a base frame installed on the floor surface of the vehicle cabin, the main arm forefront being arranged rotatable in the separating direction from the console, and at the forefront, a seat installing revolving frame is mounted at the forefront bearing part rotatably round the axis, and further in the base frame, the base end of a guide arm is borne rotatably on the base frame in such a range as not generating collision due to the rotation round the horizontal centering on the base end bearing part of the main arm, and a shaft arranged at the forefront of the guide arm is fitted in a tying hole provided in the seat installing revolving frame, which is arranged capable of revolving round the forefront bearing part at the main arm forefront.
