PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing bracket of ventilation fan facilitating the attachment of a ventilation fan at the time of setting to a building and the adjustment of air blowing angle thereof. SOLUTION: This fixing bracket of an electric ventilation fan to be mounted on a pipe or brace of a building material laid over a ceiling or side wall of a building comprises a support strut and an attachment bracket strut planted on a building material-side attachment bracket and on a support base supporting an electric ventilation fan body, respectively, both the struts having protruding parts in the vicinity of the open end portions thereof along the circumferential direction and arranged so that the open end portions are opposite to each other; and a strut fixing bracket connecting both the struts by a fitting part consisting of two symmetric pieces formed after the opposed protruding parts, and having a fastening means by screwing or the like in the fitting part of the two symmetric pieces.
