PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure convenience in a mounted electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A cradle device 200 includes a cradle main body 80, and a holder 90. The holding wall 92 of the holder 90 comprises a rear surface wall 9202 to be abutted onto the outer surface of a main body side case in an imaging apparatus; left side surface walls 9204, 9205 to be abutted onto the left side surface of the main body side case; right side surface walls 9206, 9207 which are respectively projected forward from the upper and lower parts of the right side of the rear surface wall 9202, so as to be abutted onto the right side surface of the main body side case; and a lower surface wall 9208 which is projected forward from the lower end of the rear surface wall 9202, so as to be abutted onto the lower surface of the main body side case. The left and right side surface walls 9204, 9205, 9206, 9207 are protrusively formed from the sides in the left and right directions of the rear surface wall 9202 by dimension smaller than the thickness of the main body side case 50.
