PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program rating measurement system capable of relieving a load imposed on investigation object parties and easily identifying viewers. SOLUTION: The program rating measurement system includes: a display program information recording apparatus 3 for recording identification information of a program displayed on a television receiver 5 together with display time information; a wireless tag 1 including unique tag identification information issued by each investigation object party for the program rating and transmitting the tag identification information; a viewer information recording apparatus 2 for receiving the tag identification information transmitted from the wireless tag 1 and recording the received tag identification information together with the reception time information; and a recording data analysis processing apparatus 4 for calculating viewer measurement data on the basis of the display program information and the viewer information.
