PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a paper cup for displaying a cubic pattern is provided to improve advertising effect, and to cut down expenses by printing a foaming agent on the paper cup and embossing the pattern according to temperature of drink in the cup. CONSTITUTION: A raw material(10) is cut, and a pattern is printed on the raw material. A paper cup is manufactured by cutting and sticking the printed raw paper. A foaming agent(14) including ink, polymer resin and sodium bicarbonate is printed on the paper, and a cubical pattern is embossed in putting hot water in the paper cup. The rate of sodium bicarbonate among the foaming agent is reduced for printing on the lower part of the paper cup, and increased for printing on the upper part of the paper cup. The cubic pattern is formed in the paper cup according to temperature of contents in the cup. |
