<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unite parking braking function operable through an electric signal generator at slight cost while keeping related safety regulation for a braking system in a braking system operated by compression air for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the braking system operated by a pressure medium for the vehicle having the parking control function, as a result of manual operation of an electric parking braking signal generator (1), at least one wheel braking machine of the braking system can be operated without operation of an operation unit capable of feeding the pressure medium. A parking braking module (2) is provided and at least one electronic control device (208) and valve devices (213, 221, 228) electrically operable by the electronic control device (208) are united to the parking braking module (2). When it receives an electric operation signal of a parking braking signal generator (1) for requiring starting of the parking braking function, the electronic control device (208) starts the parking braking function and the electronic control device (208) controls pressure medium feeding of the operation unit within a range of the parking braking function by the electrically operable valve devices (213, 221, 228). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
