PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture inexpensively, and to heighten inspection accuracy of a flaw by removing dispersion of an interval between each flaw detection coil and an inspection object surface, concerning a multi-coil type probe of an eddy current flaw detector equipped with the plurality of flaw detection coils for detecting the flaw on the inspection object surface. SOLUTION: This multi-coil type probe of the eddy current flaw detector is equipped with the plurality of flaw detection coils 9 formed by winding a lead wire respectively, and a holding part 11 for supporting the flaw detection coils 9 in the state where the end face 9a of each flaw detection coil 9 is faced to the front surface 11a side opposite to the inspection object surface T1, and the holding part 11 has flexibility.
