PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfortable and sanitary men's underpants improved in comfortability, specifically in stuffiness prevention, without extremely increasing production costs. SOLUTION: The comfortable and sanitary men's underpants are structured as follows in reference to Fig. (A) showing conventional popular men's underpants, and Fig. (B) showing the simplified illustration of the underpants: integrally sewing an inner fabric 15 provided with an opening 16 as shown in Fig. (D) showing a cross-sectional side view of the underpants; inserting the penis 8 into the opening 16 up to its root as shown in Fig. (E) so that the penis 8 is freely held in a pore space S, and a scrotum 9 is freely held at the inside of the inner fabric, and the penis 8 and the scrotum 9 are not closely contact directly with each other and thereby separated from each other because the inner fabric is put between them. Such a structure makes it possible to naturally treat perspiration from the penis and the scrotum through moisture absorption and air permeability of the inner fabric so as to obtain satisfactorily stuffiness-preventive effect.
