PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membership card system which can prevent a member from forgetting to pick up a card. SOLUTION: The membership card system comprises a ball dispenser 1 equipped with a card reader section 5 which can read the information of the card 20, in which an ID capable of being identified is written, and a membership managing server 32 including a managing region 32 for storing the number of stored balls corresponding to the ID. After the ID of the card 20 is read by the card reader section 5, a stored ball putting-out demand is inputted to the ball dispenser 1, and then the stored balls are put out. The number of the stored balls obtained by subtracting the number of balls put out as described above from the number of the stored balls stored in the managing region 32 corresponding to the ID read by the card reader section 5 is stored in the managing region 32.
