PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump that can stably discharge water through smooth reciprocation motion by minimizing the level of aggravation in a piston 185 and a piston shaft 186. SOLUTION: In a reciprocation pump for agricultural water that is equipped with a piston shaft bearing 187 for closing the one edge of the piston-guiding hole j1 and the piston shaft 186 extended from the piston 185 in the piston guide hole j8 is inserted into the bearing hole j8 of the piston bearing 187, the length of the bearing hole j8 is made almost equal to or larger than that of the piston and a grease-injecting means 19 for injecting grease from outside into the piston guiding hole j1 and a fluid path j8 for communicating the outside to one end of the piston guide hole j1 are formed in the body part of the piston bearing 187.
