<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a monitor sound of a bass drum easy to hear while suppressing influence on other parts as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A sound insulation wall for the bass drum having a sound insulation wall body covering at least a half of a percussion surface of the bass drum and an opening part which is provided to the sound insulation wall body and opens the track of a beater of a bass drum pedal are fixed to the percussion surface of the bass drum. Consequently, the percussion surface of the bass drum is covered with the sound insulation wall body to reduce a sound reaching a player from the percussion surface side, and the monitor sound becomes relatively large to be easier to hear.
