PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air distributing and supplying device improved in energy saving property, space saving property and work execution property by enabling use of a general fan coil unit. SOLUTION: This air distributing and supplying device comprises a fan coil unit 1 and a variable air flow unit 2 connected to an blowout port thereof. The fan coil unit includes one fan 11 sucking air, a cold coil 12 and a hot coil 13 which are provided within a casing 14. The variable air flow unit comprises branch passages 26 formed within a casing 29 in conformation to a plurality of zones 7, and a wind velocity sensor 21 and a damper 22 set within each branch passage. A control circuit 23 independently controls the opening of the dampers, based on a set signal from a wind velocity signal from the wind velocity sensor and a hand switch 5 provided for every zone, and controls the motor tap set of the fan, whereby the air supply quantity to each zone is controlled.
