PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with the conventional electronic lock mounting structure that a neat and simple appearance cannot be achieved and a beautiful appearance can be damaged because an electronic lock main body is exposed outside even though a key hole is eliminated and a large-scale work requiring expertise is required even in the case of simply replacing a battery when the electronic lock main body is built in a door or the like. SOLUTION: A hollow section is formed in a door or a door frame, and an electronic lock operated by a built-in battery is accommodated and fixed in the hollow section. The door or the door frame corresponding to the electronic lock is provided with an accepting section having an accepting hole for accepting a bolt member protruded from and retracted into the electronic lock. The door or the door frame having the electronic lock accommodated and fixed therein is provided with an additional hollow section. Instead of accommodating in a battery accommodation space provided in the electronic lock main body, a battery holder wired to the electronic lock is accommodated in the additional hollow section.
