PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lock system capable of simply carrying out locking and unlocking of an electric lock from an indoor side without having any special object such as a card, a remote controller or the like. SOLUTION: In the electric lock system 1 furnished at a gate door or the like of every tenant of a general house and an office building, a sensor section 10 and a control section 20 are installed in positions having predetermined distances separated from the electric lock 30. An approach of objects such as the human body and a part thereof to be detected within a range of predetermined detection is detected by the sensor section 10. When detection information of the object to be detected detected by the sensor section 10 is continuously input more than a setting time, the control section 20 carries out locking and unlocking of the electric lock 30 based on the detection information.
