PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rise of a cabin temperature by solar radiation by performing forcible exhaust, even if the cabin temperature rises during parking under the blazing sun in summer. SOLUTION: The ventilation device 100 is provided with an inside/outside air switching box 10, vent flow passages 2a, 2b and 2c, an air conditioning blower 11, a ventilation blower 14, a ventilation flow passage 5, a first opening/closing door 6 provided in the ventilation flow passage 5, a bypass flow passage 18 joined to the vent flow passages 2a, 2b and 2c and an outside air introducing passage, a second opening/closing door 17 provided in the bypass flow passage 18, an instrument panel internal blowoff port 61, and an instrument panel internal blowoff port opening/closing door 62. Instrument panel internal retained air, instrument panel upper part retained air and cabin retained air are forcibly exhausted. Subsequently, the instrument panel internal temperature and the cabin temperature can be early lowered by pushing the retained air to the outside of the vehicle by introducing outside air into the internal space of the instrument panel.
