PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a litter box sheet for pets, which has an odor component uniformly and homogeneously applied to the whole surface and is free from the variation of the odor component concentration between products. SOLUTION: The method for producing a litter box sheet for pets includes the process 11 of preparing a litter box sheet for pets by laminating and bonding a nonwoven fabric having an odor component, first water-absorbing paper, a pulp sheet, second water-absorbing paper and a waterproof sheet in the order from one side to the other side of the pulp sheet, the process 6 of folding the litter box sheet for pet in the width and length directions, a process 7 to place the folded litter box sheet for pet into a packaging container, the process 8 of spraying the odor component to the litter box sheet for pet placed in the packaging container, and the process 9 of sealing the packaging container.
