The apparatus has a bidirectional control lever (21) that is initially set in neutral position, and can be inclined in left and right directions with respect to the axis line of the driver's seat (14). The control lever is installed on the armrest (20) at the side of the driver's seat. An independent claim is also included for the operation control apparatus for the forklift truck.
