Invention relates to the branch of production and processing of all forms of technological waste and secondary materials for their further use. Crusher consists of a housing and a collapsible rotor and has cutting elements with cutting edges, and fixed counter-cutters with respectively located cutting blades. The rotor of crusher is executed in the form of a set of alternating disk cutters of two diameters. The blades of cutters and stationary knives are equipped with hard-alloy plates with mechanical fastening of U-shaped profile. Invention ensures a substantial increase of the wear resistance of the cutting edges and decreases operational costs of production of treatment of waste.
