A mechanism for making reinforced polymer-concrete materials contains unit for preparation of fiber, fiber precipitation chamber in the upper part of which rollers for stretching fiber and baths for applying binding agent are disposed, and in the lower one mechanism for transportation of fiber and device for making rarefaction are located. The device is in addition equipped in the upper internal part of fiber precipitation chamber with air ducts being connected to mobile perforated drum and guiding shields. In the lower part of fiber precipitation chamber at least two shapes with vibrators on carriages are disposed, and outside in the lower part thereof hoppers with vibrodrive are made symmetrically one from another.
