Producing a base material dispersion comprises: mixing 0.1-15 wt.% of one or more thickeners with 0.1-70 wt.% of at least two base material components to be dispersed, optionally auxiliary material and water, where the base material dispersion, at a dilution of 1:10000 (w/w) with water, forms a homogeneous solution. Independent claims are included for: (1) a base material dispersion, obtained by the above process; (2) a food, preferably beverage, obtained by mixing the base material dispersion with further components, preferably water or milk; and (3) a medicament, obtained by mixing the base material dispersion with further components. |
