A plant for water disinfection by electropulse method involves reaction chamber with electrodes, supply and lateral pipes of water to be processed , chamber of ball air dischargers. The reaction chamber is divided into main and electrode sections by a flexible electroconductive membrane, at that to the section of processed water supply and lateral pipes are connected, and the electrode section is equipped with filling and bleeding branch pipes.
