METHOD FOR ENTERAL FEEDING OF PATIENTS WITH SEVERE ACUTE NECROTIC PANCREATITIS

The method for the enteral feeding of the patients with the severe acute necrotic pancreatitis provides for inserting the nasojejunal probe. The probe is inserted to the level of the jejunum. The enteral feeding is employed for 5 days starting from the first day of hospitalization. The adapted milk mixtures for enteral feeding Peptamen and Clinutren are used in combination with NaCl 10% as prokinetic, 20 ml 5 times a day and Enterol as probiotic, 250 mg thrice a day.
