<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller directly connected to a battery, capable of suppressing current consumption even when signals with much noise are inputted. <P>SOLUTION: When a wake-up signal is inputted, an MPU is once operated even when it is a noise signal and the MPU performs only the determining operation of whether or not the input signal is normal and shifts to a normal operation only when determining that the signal is surely a normal signal.
