The method for treating the premenstrual disorders comprises the use of the drugs. When only slight disorders are evident, Magne-B6 is prescribed at a dose of 2 dragees thrice a day within Days 16-25 of the cycle with Erbisol intramuscularly in a volume of 2.0 ml in the evening for the first three days, then twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) for 10 days, and finally once a day for the following 7 days. In the case of the mild form, the treatment is supplemented by Dufaston at a dose of 2.0 mg per os twice a day within Days 16-25 of the cycle for six months. In the case of the severe disorder, the treatment regimen is supplemented with Nyze at a dose of 100.0 mg twice a day in P-phase of the cycle. In the case of premenstrual dystrophic disorders, Zoloft is prescribed at a dose of 50.0 mg once a day in the morning within Days 5-25 of the cycle and Dostinex is prescribed at adose of 0.25 mg twice a week. Both drugs are used for six months.
