PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in a device, such as a digital camera, a shooting place of image data is determined by confirming a file creation time or an image; a name of a file for storing a text recorded by use of a notebook computer, etc. or data of a portable measurement instrument, such as a temperature or vibration, are determined by a data administrator; and a data file name is added by use of a place name, such as a name of a place or a name of a facility where data is input.SOLUTION: Names corresponding to a name of a place or a place of a facility are defined in facility position area data. Search is made to determine in which of the facility position areas defined by the facility position area data, position information acquired by GPS is included. An inclusion state of the facility position areas are determined in a nested state. The names such as a name of place of the facility position area or the name of the facility specified from a wide area to a narrow area of the facility position areas are connected with the number of pieces of the data stored in the same facility position area, to thereby add a data file name.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
