FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves attaching donor blood vessel on recipient blood vessel segment after having connected the blood vessels and stopped bleeding. A through recipient blood vessel incision is produced and mushroom-shaped member cap is introduced into the incision. Movable clamping member having pressure means is mounted on mushroom-shaped member pedicle. Movable cutting member is mounted outside of the clamping member. Recipient blood vessel wall is pressed against internal cap surface in enveloping the incision to restore the recipient blood vessel leakproofness. A flap is cut out and removed with device after having sutured the donor blood vessel to the recipient blood vessel. ^ EFFECT: shorter blood supply break (blood vessel ligation) time also for blood vessels feeding brain with oxygen and glucose; simplified operation method and equipment used. ^ 17 cl, 7 dwg
