FIELD: medicine, experimental orthopedics, traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out measurement and analysis of circulation values, moreover, it is necessary to determine the following important values: the volume of vascular system and volumetric rate of muscular congestion in lateral femoral surface and in venous blood - the activity of clotting system according to the concentration of fibrinogen and thrombin in experimental animal, and then, one should model unilateral vertical pelvic fracture-dislocation and fix pelvic bones with the help of apparatus for external fixation. After that, one should repeatedly detect the above-mentioned important values to compare them with those obtained before modeling and in case of their reaching the initial level it is possible to conclude upon functional reconstruction of pelvic limbs and apparatus disassembling should be recommended.
