PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a structure of a conventional rotor, a connecting part outside the rotor may be fractured by a centrifugal force due to a large difference of rigidity against the centrifugal force in terms of structure between a magnetic path that is the center of a magnetic pole and a magnetic path of the other part, and the connecting part outside the rotor is inevitably made thick in order to avoid the fracture, but this results in the deterioration of output characteristics of a motor. SOLUTION: An air gap SA is formed inside the magnetic pole center PL of a rotor 1. The shape of a part that faces a slit 2 or the like in the air gap SA is parallel with a slit shape keeping a distance of WA from the innermost slit, the distance WA between the air gap SA and the adjacent slits is almost equal to a relation of WA=W/2 with respect to a width W in the vicinity of the rotor surface of the magnetic path at the magnetic pole center PL, the width of the magnetic path at the magnetic pole center PL is narrowed by the air gap SA, and the difference of the rigidities between the other part and the magnetic path is reduced.
