PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device for displaying one segment broadcasting of another channel on a slave picture, while a user is viewing the fixed reception program of a certain channel. SOLUTION: Whether the complex information of a partial segment in a channel, designated by a user among complex information inputted by a demodulating means can be replaced with the complex information of a partial segment in the other channel, is determined. When it is determined that the complex information can be replaced, the transmission parameter of the partial segment to be replaced is replaced; and the complex information of the partial segment in the channel designated by the user among the complex information inputted by the demodulating means is replaced with the composite information of the partial segment in the other channel.
