PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal capable of securing reliability of user identification information to be registered with a list. SOLUTION: In communicating with other terminal on the basis of identification information on a user of the other terminal registered with a friend list, a registration request for registering the identification information with the list is transmitted to the other terminal (S101), a response to the registration request is received (S104), and the identification information included in the response (data of a terminal B) is stored.
