PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device capable of eliminating a phenomenon where a door of a room is not opened, a clearance sound occurs, or the outdoor air flows backward into the room when a range hood fan is driven. SOLUTION: When the range hood fan 22 is driven while a bathroom ventilating device 1 performs ventilation for 24 hours, the 24-hour ventilation function of the bathroom ventilating device 1 is stopped or the ventilation air capacity is reduced. A current sensor 28 detects that the range hood fan 22 stops, and the 24-hour ventilation of the bathroom ventilating device 1 is restarted, or the exhaust air flow is returned and increased.
