PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique relating to a monoclonal antibody produced by a hybridoma of ATCC Accession No. HB10916.

SOLUTION: The invention provides a monoclonal antibody bondable with a protein specifically recognizable with a monoclonal antibody 5c8 produced by the hybridoma of ATCC Accession No. HB10916. The invention further provides an isolated protein specifically recognizable with a monoclonal antibody 5c8 produced by the hybridoma of ATCC Accession No. HB10916, an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding a protein specifically recognizable with a monoclonal antibody 5c8 produced by the hybridoma of ATCC Accession No. HB10916, and a human CD4-T cell leukemic cell of ATCC Accession No. CRL 10915 called as D1.1 and capable of essentially imparting a B cell with contact-dependent helper function.
