PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize implants to give a tissue source not realized yet.

SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a dermis originated epiphysis graft useful for orthopedic surgical procedures including at least one assembled bone blocks and elongated fragments of a processed dermis graft attached to the at least one bone block. In an embodiment, at least one of the at least one assembled bone blocks is combined with a synthetic material at need to produce the graft comprising an ortical bone obtained from a human or different transplant source, cancellous bone, cortex-spongy bone, or demineralized bone.
