<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which is capable of easily coping with an occurring fault by analyzing how the fault has occurred. <P>SOLUTION: Turning-on/off of a fixing unit 14 of an image forming part is detected, and the turning-on/off time of the fixing unit 14 is counted by a clock circuit 19, and turning-on/off of the fixing unit 14 is stored in a print control information log area 5a together with this time, and respective voltages of a high voltage power 16 for transfer, a charging high voltage power source 17, and a developing high voltage power source 18 when a feedback sequence are stored in the print control information log area 5a together with the detection time, and turning-on/off data of the fixing unit or voltage data at the time of a feedback sequence is read out from the print control information log area 5a in response to operation of a history key of an operation part 8 and is displayed on a display part 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
