PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a memory card and a control method of a nonvolatile semiconductor memory capable of effectively writing and reading. SOLUTION: The control method of the memory card including a nonvolatile semiconductor memory in which memory fields are formed by a plurality of writing fields, includes a first field as a part of the memory fields, and a second field as a part of the memory fields. The first field is set up by matching management of a first file system which writes data in order along an increasing direction of addresses in the writing fields, and the second field is set up by matching management of a second file system which writes data in order being independent from the addresses.
