ELECTROSTATIC ATOMIZATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize that a cation such as Ca and Mg contained in water cannot be precipitated as a salt and to stably perform electrostatic atomization without performing maintenance for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomization apparatus 6 has a water reservoir part 1; a conveying part 2 for conveying water in the water reservoir part 1; a counter electrode 3 arranged so as to be opposed to a conveying direction of the conveying part 2; a water application electrode 4 capable of applying a voltage to water W in a route leading from the water reservoir part 1 to a distal end of the counter electrode 3 side of the conveying part 2; and a voltage application part 5 for applying a high voltage between the water application electrode 4 and the counter electrode 3.
