<p>The housing (10) for an exterior rear view mirror (11) for a vehicle has at least one encompassing water guide channel (14) on at least a part of the mirror housing and formed by a V-shaped recess. One (15) of the two side walls of the water guide channel is orientated perpendicularly to the surface of the mirror housing while the other side wall (16) is inclined at an angle to it. The side which is orientated perpendicularly to the surface of the mirror housing is located in front of the other side wall when viewed in the direction of travel.</p> |
