<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lateral sealing mechanism for a bag-manufacturing packaging machine capable of efficiently perform replacing sealing jaws, and the bag-manufacturing packaging machine. <P>SOLUTION: In the lateral sealing mechanism 17 of the bag-manufacturing packaging machine, the sealing jaws 51 and 52 are connected to supporting members 93a and 93b, which move rotationally around respective rotation centers as the centers via intermediate members 70, respectively. The intermediate members 70 are attached to the supporting members 93a and 93b at respective fixed positions thereon, and have respective attachment position adjusting mechanisms 74 which adjust levels of the sealing jaws 51 and 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
