<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient "service" to a user by voice in a voice information transmitting device which can be combined with a car navigation system or the like provided in an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: The voice information transmitting device for an automobile comprises a present time information generating means which generates present time information indicating the present time and the date, a fixed message storing means that stores a plurality of fixed messages while these messages are related to the time bands in which the messages are to be generated, a user detecting means which detects the fact that the user has seated in a driver's seat, a fixed message selecting means that compares the present time information from the present time information generating means with the time band in which each of the fixed messages stored in the fixed message storing means is to be generated and selects one fixed message from the plurality of the fixed messages when the user sits in the driver's seat and a message displaying means which displays the extracted fixed message to the user by voice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
