PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate various noises over a wide range, effectively protect a load apparatus against a malfunctions/damages due to noise, and efficiently implement a work for noise countermeasures. SOLUTION: An external noise rejecting unit 1 is provided and connected to a power line, having connection terminals 10, 11 for connecting between a power supply and the load apparatus via outgoing wires. The noise rejecting unit 1 is provided between a plurality of the connection terminals 10, 11 in parallel, and has a first noise-attenuating section 12 for attenuating high-frequency noise components on the power line, a second noise-attenuating section 13 for attenuating a low-frequency noise component on the power line, and a third noise-attenuating section 14 for an intermediate noise component on the power line.
