PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually grasp an image motion vector by optical flow estimate processing. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 estimates an optical flow which is the motion vector of a plurality of frame images corresponding to time-series continuous moving images, divides the frame images into a prescribed number of partial images, computes a vector distribution based on an optical flow estimated to each of the partial images, moves a position for displaying a partial image according to the computed vector distribution, and then displays the partial image.
