<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode lighting device capable of improving a heat radiation property of the light-emitting diode without increasing manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting diode lighting device comprises a metallic container 3 equipped with a plurality of heat radiation fins 34, and a printed circuit board 2 housed in the container 3, in which the light-emitting diodes 1 are mounted. The light-emitting diodes 1 on the printed circuit board 2 are located at the position near the inner face of the container 3. The heat radiation of the light-emitting diodes 1 is made possible by the heat radiation fins 34 arranged on the container 1. Since exchange of materials and addition of parts are unnecessary, the heat radiation property of the light-emitting diodes 1 can be improved without increasing manufacturing cost. Further, the shape of a connection part 4 for supplying power to a power source part 6 supplying power to the light-emitting diode 1 is formed as same as that of the metal cap of an electric bulb, the lighting device can be mounted on the illumination device for a conventional electric bulb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
