PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical element molded by an exterior film which is thin and has excellent electric characteristics. SOLUTION: A conductive paste 13 is applied on top and bottom surfaces of a multilayered cell 6, and then the exterior film 11 is arranged outside the conductive paste 13. A terminal plate 12 having such a size as not to overlap the multilayered cell 6 is so arranged that part of it may be in contact with the conductive paste 13 to keep continuity while another part of it may be drawn outside to become an electrode terminal 15.
