PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation of intake air temperature among each cylinder and improve cooling effect while maintaining function to absorb thermal expansion difference between members in an intercooler provided to a multi-cylinder engine of a structure having intake air supplied to each cylinder through a cooling core and a charge air manifold. SOLUTION: The intercooler 1 provided with a cooling core 2 cooling intake air and a case body 3 supporting and storing the cooling core 2, including a thermal expansion difference absorbing part 21 absorbing thermal expansion difference between the cooling core 2 and the case body 3, and provided to the multi-cylinder engine of the structure having intake air supplied to each cylinder through the cooling core 2 and the charge air manifold, filler 30 having elasticity is filled in a gap 20 between the cooling core 2 and the case body 3 formed in the thermal expansion absorbing part 21.
