PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration propagation inhibiting method solving the problem of vibration pollution and the problem of waste tire disposal all at once by using a waste tire as an inhibiting means for inhibiting the propagation of the vibration of a structure or a road generated by the traveling of a vehicle or operations of various machines to buildings such as dwelling houses. SOLUTION: A number of waste tire superposition connected bodies 1 formed by superposing and connecting a number of waste tires 2 like a column are buried in a required array state in the ground G between the structure 23 or the road vibrated by the traveling of the vehicle 21 or the operations of various machines and the dwelling house 24 installed in the vicinity, whereby the vibration of the structure 23 or the road is absorbed or reflected by the waste tire superposition connected body 1 to inhibit the propagation of vibration to the dwelling house 24.
