PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously recover drain water accumulated in a process gas feeding pipe and a blower and to stably realize waste treatment for a long period of time in a waste thermal decomposition system. SOLUTION: Horizontal or slightly negative slope relative to a gas flowing direction is possessed by the feeding pipe 2 for feeding the process gas 1. One end of a drain pipe 3 is connected to a position where the feeding pipe 2 is changed to positive slope and the other end of the drain pipe 3 is sunk to a drain pot 4 by length having a margin on the maximum pressure rising ability of the blower 10.
